Facilities Technician
Are you an experienced Facilities Technician, mechanically biased with some experience in
first fix industrial/ commercial electrical installations. Are you hands on and able to work from
your own initiative.

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Excellent Pay Rates:
* Day Shift: £19.55 per hour
* Afternoon Shift: £23.46 per hour
* Night Shift: £26.39 per hour
* Overtime 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £29.33 per hour
* Overtime 2 (Sundays): £39.10 per hour
Shifts:- Dayshift primarily with the expectation of weekend and shift work to support ongoing
projects.
* Days: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
* Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
* Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30
Key Tasks and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Sprinkler systems
* Fire Alarms
* Emergency Lighting
* High bay lighting installation and maintenance
* Office equipment and furniture installations/ alterations
* Data network installations and repairs
* AV equipment repairs and installations
* Minor civils work repairs
* Minor decorating repairs
* Completing Dynamic Risk Assessments along with adhering to the company's Health
and Safety policy
* Utilising the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP PM, Agility etc)
to review previous breakdown data and record actions taken on breakdown
recoveries
