Head of Clinician Engagement & Proposition

As Head of Clinician Engagement & Proposition, you'll shape and run a clear, field-based engagement programme and create a compelling clinician value proposition—our promise to clinicians about what it's like to work with Bupa. You'll build pride in partnering with us, strengthen relationships, and make it easier for clinicians to do the right thing for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Set the strategy: Design, implement and embed Bupa's clinician engagement strategy.
* Create our proposition: Define and evolve a clear clinician value proposition.
* Lead across teams: Partner with colleagues across Medical & Healthcare, Provider Operations, Hospitals and Health Services.
* Listen and improve: Monitor clinician satisfaction, run surveys and improve processes.
* Point of escalation: Respond to complex clinician complaints and identify themes.
* Give clinicians a voice: Chair clinician panels and represent Bupa externally.
* Differentiate Bupa: Support Sales & Marketing with clear points of differentiation.
* Lead the team: Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
* Deliver safely: Maintain regulatory compliance (CQC and FCA).
What We're Looking For
* Experience of leading and working successfully in a large complex, matrix organisation
* Experience of having operated at a senior level in a competitive business environment, developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external providers.
* Highly analytical and commercial - working with large data sets to identify trends, issues and opportunities and to model impact of solutions on customers and the business.
* Evidence of being able to think and plan strategically, as well as deliver operationally with a systematic approach
* Track record of transformational change and delivery of performance improvements in a challenging environment, working with third party providers to drive increased customer value and business efficiency
* Strong track record of transforming business performance and delivering sustainable business results across the balanced scorecard
* Experience of leading teams / functions of a relevant size and scale (people, resources, challenges and opportunities)
