Role: Associate Employment Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 FTE depending on experience plus a generous contractual bonus scheme OTE £70K+
Location: 100% remote or Hybrid office based in Berkshire
PQE: Min 2 years
Timings: Full time or part time (4 days a week Monday - Thursday)
We are recruiting a new Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.
Our client offers 100% remote working so if you have plans to move outside UK you can still considered for this role.
We are looking to take on someone with min 2 years PQE with 2 years working in a private practise.
Requirements:
* As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will act on contentious and non-contentious matters representing both individuals and employers on the full range of employment law matters.
* An excellent communicator, you will readily build strong and lasting business/client relationships and show a genuine commitment to client care.
* You will have a background in purely employment law or an employment law/litigation or other mix.
