Job Description We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Senior Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st line support for staff members on bespoke, in-house applications, and escalating where necessary
Providing training and support on systems to both technical and non-technical staff
Working closely with the IT and Operations team to maintain software and
Working with large datasets and assist with data management across the company
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Contribute and assist with software projects and upgrades
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar technical role such as Service Desk or Helpdesk
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
Ability to learn on new systems quickly
Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
