We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at Perle Oban Hotel - including the Oban Brasserie and Lulu Bar.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service and inspiring their team to create memorable guest experiences. You'll take ownership of daily F&B operations, ensuring excellence in every detail - from breakfast through dinner service, to cocktail evenings in Lulu Bar.
Working closely with the Head Chef and reporting to the Operations Manager Manager, you'll play a key part in upholding the high standards and personality that define Perle Oban's hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations across the Oban Brasserie and Lulu Bar.
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences that reflect the warmth and quality of Perle Hotels.
* Recruit, train, and develop an engaged, high-performing restaurant and bar team.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain excellence in food presentation, service timing, and menu delivery.
* Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, menu management, and upselling.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout all F&B outlets.
* Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
* Handle guest feedback proactively, turning opportunities into positive experiences.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider hotel team to ensure seamless coordination across departments.

* Proven experience in restaurant and/or bar management within a quality hotel or hospitality environment.
