Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, GBP 55,000+ (DOE) : Are you a talented Civil or Commercial Litigation Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? JOB REF:1782.
THE ROLE:
- You'll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
- As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice
- You'll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department's continued success.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
- Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers
