For the successful Senior Despatch Operator, our client is offering: Salary of circa £30,000 per annum DOE Monday to Friday, Days role, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Permanent role with a progressive company Annual company bonus Generous benefits package Great company culture The Role – Senior Despatch Operator: Coordinate commercial and non-commercial shipments, ensuring compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority and international trade regulations. Prepare and manage despatches using ERP, EBR, and global serialisation systems, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous goods. Liaise with couriers, QA, Sales Admin, and global supply chain teams to maintain timely and accurate product shipments. Act as deputy to the Despatch Team Leader, supporting team operations and decision-making in their absence. Coach and support team training and development to ensure best practice and compliance. Maintain despatch facility systems and ensure adherence to GMP and EHS standards. Drive continuous improvement activities and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
