Senior Design Manager - Facade/Cladding/Fire Remediation

The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)
* Managing a design team.
* Overseeing the design process with a focus on commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness, and technical expertise.
* Managing external sub-contractors relevant to design, such as 3D scan providers, structural engineers, thermal engineers, and acoustic engineers.
* Driving project design forward and presenting solutions to arising issues.
* Setting up and chairing meetings.
* Preparing and monitoring design programmes and deliverables.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills across all levels.
