As a Credit Control and Finance Administrator, you will work alongside a team of experts within the Credit Control team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the timely payment of invoices by clients and supporting colleagues to achieve financial metrics.
In return for your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive support to develop your skills within a Legal Top 200 law firm.
Your main duties will include:
* Ensuring payment of invoices.
* Sending emails and letters to clients or making phone calls.
* Producing statements.
* Dealing with queries from clients and colleagues.
* Supporting fee earning staff to help them achieve financial metrics.
We are interested in candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Some accounts experience is desirable but not essential. You should have GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above (or equivalent) and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
