Responsibilities
* Achieve valuation and listing targets as set by the Branch Manager.
* Conduct property valuations and secure instructions across both residential and commercial sectors.
* Collaborate effectively with the wider team, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
* Ensure compliance with company service standards and industry regulations.
* Stay updated on systems, processes, and relevant legislation (training provided).
* Maintain a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Engage in training sessions and continuous professional development as required.
