About the Role As the Nursing Home Manager, you will: Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements. Maintain exceptional care standards through effective governance, auditing and quality improvement plans. Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders. Manage budgets, staffing and resources efficiently.
