Reading or London (4 days onsite)
Salary:
£100,000 - £115,000 base + car allowance + 20% bonus
About the Opportunity
We're working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation I'm looking for a Director of Security Services Delivery Management
to lead the operational delivery of security services across a diverse portfolio. You'll own the service roadmap, manage relationships with a top-tier Managed Service Provider, and ensure security services meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
What You'll Do
* Lead the delivery of core security services across the organisation.
* Define and maintain the service catalogue and delivery roadmap.
* Act as the primary liaison with the supporting MSP, ensuring accountability and quality.
* Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a team of security service managers.
What We're Looking For
* Leadership experience within service delivery management and information security.
* Strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
* Proven leadership in large, complex organisations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
