Job Role
We are seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with experience in the Water industry to manage capital investment projects across the Southeast, Southwest, London, and Midlands regions, supporting the £88bn AMP8 investment period. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the successful delivery of complex water infrastructure projects within collaborative teams.
* Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contracts.
* Ensure projects meet client expectations for quality, cost, and schedule.
* Support and develop project teams, ensuring resource availability.
* Manage subcontractors and remote resources effectively.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
* Assist in business development efforts with existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
* Experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in the water sector.
* Knowledge of NEC contracts, especially PSC and ECC.
* Proven ability to work within collaborative, multi-organizational teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Relevant degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
* Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and project management qualifications such as APMQ or PRINCE2 is desirable.
* Membership in professional bodies (e.g., APM, CIOB) is preferred.
