This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in both lettings and property management duties, so prior experience in these areas is essential.
As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, your duties will include:
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring compliance
* Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
* Keeping internal systems and property records up to date
* Handling general administration duties
* Responding to enquiries from potential tenants
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in lettings or property management
* Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
