Position Overview
As a Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each individual receives tailored support that respects their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and meals
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
* Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
* Promote independence and dignity in all interactions
* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care professionals
* Support residents with dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments
* Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Previous UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
* Right to work in the UK (Overseas applications will not be considered)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working in dementia care or with sensory impairments
* Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
