Location: Watford Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Summary: We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse operation. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role, guiding warehouse teams to ensure the safe, efficient and accurate picking of goods ready for despatch. This role is working on the night shift, Sunday - Thursday, 6pm - 3am. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the picking and packing of goods for despatch, helping to drive the team to meet KPIs. Proactively drive continuous improvement to optimise efficiency and service delivery. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations at all times.
