Aramark UK is recruiting a Sous Chef to work over our 3 Kitchens across the LEGOLAND Windsor resort From buffet breakfasts to fine dining no day in in our kitchens is the same.
This is a tremendously exciting challenge for a hard-working, career minded, individual to join the team and assume responsibility for overseeing the F&B operation. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will lead and inspire the talented team to deliver exceptional hospitality by optimising the guest experience through class leading Health & Safety standards, a real desire for team development, and a sound understanding and delivery of culinary excellence.?

A day in the life of a Sous Chef:
In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
Lead by example and ensure the team are productive and engaged
General preparation and service of breakfast, and dinner for up to 540 guests
To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
Support in delivering targeted positive KPI
Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
Deliver first class food throughout service
Manage all associated administration
You'll be set up for success if you have:
Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level
A proven team leader with experience in developing successful teams
A desire to progress your career within an iconic location and F&B operation
Flexible approach to hours and duties
IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
