Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will oversee project activities within the energy efficiency sector, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 guidelines and delivery according to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality expectations. They will coordinate project planning, implementation, and completion, working closely with contractors, clients, and internal teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, ensuring compliance with PAS2035, building regulations, and project-specific guidelines
* Coordinate the installation, servicing, and delivery of project components, maintaining alignment with industry standards and project requirements
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery
* Maintain thorough documentation and detailed records of all project activities, ensuring proper certification in accordance with industry guidelines
* Monitor the quality of project work to meet performance standards and client expectations
* Oversee project tasks to ensure safe execution and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and technical advice
* Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables clearly and effectively
* Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements or optimisations based on performance data and feedback
