We have just registered a very exciting new opportunity for a proactive and highly organized Events and Marketing Administrator for one of our great local clients!

Are you passionate about helping to deliver impactful events and campaigns? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

It’s an immediate start, for a period of around 2 months, working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.

You will be working in a dog friendly office with some 4 legged “helpers” on site!

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Events and Marketing Administrator Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of student events, awards, and competitions.
Assist with organising logistics and campaign materials
Liaise with individuals and organisations both internally and externally to drive attendance and engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to manage campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
Keep campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation up to date to support smooth delivery.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Temporary Events and Marketing Administrator Requirements

Professional and confident, able to communicate at all levels.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Quick to learn new systems and processes.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Excel and presentation tools.
Experience in events, marketing, or student engagement (preferred, not essential).

Our client is located in Wallingford (OX10). There is onsite parking and many public transport links.
