As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers within your designated territory.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or retail, as well as brand ambassador experience within the FMCG/Consumer goods market.
You will need to demonstrate energy, drive, reliability, and passion to deliver excellent service to clients and customers. Excellent engaging communication and presentation skills are also essential, along with the ability to influence and implement change.
A strong understanding of gym culture and habits within all levels of gyms in the UK is required, as well as strong organizational planning and analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing strong customer relationships and identifying incremental distribution opportunities
* Sampling and talking knowledgeably about sports performance and supplementation
* Maximizing Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory
* Providing existing accounts with ongoing support and identifying additional opportunities for growth
* Leading/facilitating Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations
* Supporting key customers in re-merchandising planograms where required
