Our client, a UK-based corporate finance boutique, is looking to hire a Junior IR Analyst to join its team. The firm provides specialist corporate broking services to small and mid-cap companies in the metals, mining, and natural resources sectors, supporting clients with capital markets strategy, investor communications, and growth initiatives. The successful hire will support the firm’s corporate broking activities, gaining hands-on experience in investor relations, capital markets, and the metals, mining, and natural resources industries. The position offers a strong foundation for a career in corporate finance or investor relations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing investor materials, company reports, and presentations for listed clients. Support client communications with investors and senior stakeholders. Maintain databases of institutional and retail investors and track engagement. Assist in roadshows, investor meetings and client pitches. Collaborate with senior corporate finance and broking teams to support client projects. Role Requirements: 2-4 years working in IR, corporate access, or financial public relations Exposure to SMID companies would be highly advantageous (AIM/Aquis) Exposure to metals & mining / natural resources would be highly advantageous, but not strictly required. Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in finance, capital markets, or investor relations is advantageous but not essential.
