Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator
Working under supervision the Trainee RC will initially be responsible for pre-coordination, auditing Retrofit Assessments, generating MTPs / IOEs and will progress onto Measure Modelling, Scope of Works and Ventilation Strategy completion. Once the Trainee is competent with pre-coordination they will be introduced into post coordination, auditing all post install documents and photographic evidence.
Full training and support will be given to the trainee.
Starting Salary: £27,000 p.a. to be reviewed after 3 months.
Hours: Full time 8.30am – 4.30pm, 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities:
To manage and coordinate retrofit projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in existing properties. This is a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of retrofit projects using one of the chosen software providers CoreLogic PASHUB or ECOSURV.
Responsibilities include:
1. Maintain high standards of customer service, through working closely with Retrofit Installers and Social Housing Providers.
2. An understanding of the key documents within domestic retrofit:
1. PAS3030/2035
2. Part F Building Regs
3. Part L Building Regs
3. Attend client meetings as and when required, serving as a secondary point of contact for all the allocated clients in the absence of the Operations Manager.
4. Attending client meetings with the Operations Manager as and when required.
5. Primary point of contact for ongoing contracts/jobs throughout the lifecycle and communicating regularly clients to provide updates, address concerns, chase missing evidence/documents ensuring that client expectations are met.
6. Accurate post install RdSAP Measure Modelling.
7. Maintain accurate project documents,
1. Pre install coordination including the production of:
1. Medium Term Plans & Improvement Options Evaluations
2. Ventilation Strategies
3. Oversight of Retrofit Designs for accuracy
4. Auditing for accuracy the RdSAP Site Notes, photographic evidence, Assessment Report and installer pre install documents
2. Post install coordination to include
1. Auditing of all installer post install evidence and documentation
2. Trustmark lodgement
3. Non-conformance remediation
1. In a timely manner rectify all accreditation body and Trustmark NCs
8. Provide guidance, support to less experienced/qualified members of the team.
