The Role
Youll manage avaried caseload of residential conveyancing mattersfrom instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. With fullparalegal and legal assistant support, youll have the time and resources to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients and third parties
* Working closely with support staff and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions
* Maintaining high professional and compliance standards
About You
* Experienced in handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
