Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role work from home opportunities with flexibility. As a Digital Marketing Executive at MasterMinds Junior, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media campaigns, and create performance-driven content for various digital platforms. You will analyze web traffic, optimize digital campaigns, and contribute to improving our online presence.
Qualifications
* Strong Marketing and Communication skills to effectively manage campaigns and interact with stakeholders
* Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, engagement strategies, and platform management
* Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create compelling and relevant online content
* Familiarity with Web Analytics to monitor digital performance and suggest improvements
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
* Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic SEO practices is a plus
