The Role
As Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the company’s operational backbone. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and cross-departmental synergy while supporting strategic growth.

About You
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations in fast-paced, service-led environments.
You will bring:
* 7–10 years of progressive operational leadership, with 3–5 years at a senior level.
* Experience in subcontractor-led service delivery and/or the public sector.
* Commercial acumen with strong budget and financial oversight.
* A collaborative, people-first leadership style.
* Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
* A track record of implementing systems and technologies to drive efficiencies.
