Our client is looking for a pro-active, dynamic and hands-on Warehouse Manager to be a part of their ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining a great team which are looking to future-proof their business through an exciting period of transformation. With a focus on managing day to day Warehouse operations, you'll manage a small team and be responsible for ensuring day to day orders are achieved. The role is Monday to Friday typical day shift hours, with some flexibility required.
What does the role entail?
Management of Goods in and Goods Out
Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
Reprocessing of goods to meet customers' needs or to recycle returned products
Ensuring orders meet delivery schedules in both quantity and quality
Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards
Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff
Maintain clear communication with production departments and the operations manager
Hands on experience with occasional FLT driving
Inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity
Communicating across different departments - Production, Transport, etc.Why should I apply?
