Your role as Service ManagerThis is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys transformation, structure and positive change.In this role, you will:Lead the day‐to‐day running of an 8‐bedded residential serviceProvide confident, visible leadership to the staff teamReset and strengthen team cultureEmbed systems, structure and consistent practiceDrive quality improvement and ensure complianceImplement and review person‐centred support plansConduct assessments, supervisions, appraisals and performance oversightEnsure safe medication practices and audit readinessWork closely with families, local authorities and professionalsDeliver against regulatory and organisational requirementsYou'll play a key role in stabilising the service and ensuring the people we support receive safe, high‐quality, empowering care.
Who we're looking forThis role is ideal for a seasoned manager, not a first‐time leader.Essential experience:Registered Manager or experienced Service/Care Manager in adult social careExpertise in learning disabilities, autism and complex needsProven ability to turn around services or drive major quality improvementsStrong understanding of:SafeguardingCQC standardsQuality frameworksRisk management
