Youll manage a small caseload, helping individuals in probation or prison settings to resettle into the communityproviding one-to-one guidance around housing, employment, and personal development. You will be based at a local probation site (likely in Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire) and cover the wider region, including Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, and surrounding prisons (HMP Aylesbury, Woodhill, and Springhill). Travel beyond your base is expensed, but youll need to drive and have, or be willing to get, business insurance on your vehicle.
