💼 Full-time | £40,000 – £50,000 pa
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE and a property law focus to join a forward-thinking renewable energy business based in Cornwall.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the Real Estate sector, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Dual qualification in English and Scottish law is highly desirable.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
* Review titles and various legal agreements
* Negotiate and complete property-related contracts
* Advise internal teams on legal matters
* Liaise with external partners and legal counsel
* Create and manage legal templates
* Provide general legal support across the business
