Fleetwood Hall Care Home part of the Sandstone Care Group, is seeking a kind, dedicated Care Practitioner to join our team. Situated close to the beautiful Lancashire coastline, our recently refurbished 62-bed home provides a modern, comfortable, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

As a Part Time Care Assistant, your role will include:
* Assisting residents with personal care, mealtimes and daily routines
* Conducting regular safety and welfare checks on all residents
* Accurately documenting and updating care records and reports
* Managing and administering medications in line with care plans and policies
* Responding promptly to residents’ needs, including addressing any emergencies or changes in health
* Supporting and assisting new or less-experienced team members
* Helping maintain a clean and safe environment, including performing light housekeeping tasks as needed
* Collaborating with the day shift team for a smooth handover and continuity of care

* Genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is beneficial but not essential)
* Ability to work independently
