As a Financial Adviser you will tasked with growing an existing client bank of circa £15Million AUM, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth strategy. You will be working from home with the requirement to go in the office for 1/2 a day once a month, the firm has built a strucutre of support so you can focus on meeting clients and building relaiotnhsips. Exceptional earning potential: Total compensation potential of £60,000–£70,000 per year based on targets being hit. About the Role Building and nurturing client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building. Converting leads from professional introducers and online enquires (64% conversion rate) Generating referrals by networking with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals. Providing expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs. Combining new client acquisition with managing existing client portfolios. Receive 1-2-1 support from a qualified Paraplanner so you can fucus on budling relationship with existing and new customers What We’re Looking For Proven financial advisory experience, with strong consultancy sales and relationship-building skills. A commitment to achieving Chartered status (or already Chartered). A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving new business growth.
