We are recruiting experienced, ambitious, and passionate Property Lawyers to be part of this brand new conveyancing team.

The Role
Following a 4-week training programme, designed to ensure you get off to the best possible start, you'll manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise. Our bonus scheme offers an additional £12K - £15K per annum on top of your base salary. We also provide a structured career path to support your professional growth and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients throughout the transaction.
* Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and third parties, keeping them regularly updated.
* Provide exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
* Recognize potential risks and resolve issues proactively without compromising client or business interests.
* Maintain all files in good order, complying with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and issue contract papers related to sales.
* Thoroughly handle sale enquiries and analyze search results.
* Target matters for exchange and completion at the start of each month, aligned with KPIs.
* Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding drawing down client funds.
* Handle exchange of contracts and legal completion processes.
What You’ll Need
* At least 2 years of conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
* A passion for delivering excellent client service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
