Role Description:
The Clinisys Laboratory Solutions (CLS) Senior Consultant will be acting as a liaison between the business and its customers and will be responsible for delivering impeccable service by providing high-quality software solutions.
The Senior Consultant will provide varying levels of technology services through creating business requirements, managing work products, interface creation, analysis, configuration, validation, and maintaining a strategic roadmap of proficient consultative services to clients to ensure the successful implementation of tools and technologies which ultimately ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Implementation Services to our customers using Clinisys solutions.
* Deliver multiple tasks such as Business analysis, data architecture and Gap Fit Workshops, Configuration, unit testing and validation support.
* As well as acting as the interface with customers to gather user requirements, you will be responsible for the management of enhancements and upgrades.
* Integrate CLS with external applications and instruments.
* Work with Program Managers and Senior Management.
* Participate in the on-going improvement of our products and services.
* Collaborates with sales organization to define the estimated configuration and interface effort for the solution.
* Train and mentor other CLS Consultants on Clinisys solutions, workflows and new offerings for client software demonstrations and presentations and acts as internal subject matter expert in the Services Department across LIMS for all sectors as designated.
* Represents the Clinisys Services team in providing subject matter expertise to Product Management and Product Development departments to influence product lifecycle.
* Perform onsite or virtual assessments for clients including workflow and strategic meetings as well as follow up engagements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Bachelor’s degree in a Laboratory Science (Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc)
* Proven experience working in LIMS, a healthcare and/or healthcare IT environment and working in a laboratory.
* Background working as LIMS or LIS Consultant or equivalent.
* Experience working with laboratory information systems.
* Proven and successful consulting and presentation skills
* Demonstrated success improving workflow processes and procedures.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Laboratory specialty workflow(s).
* Experience in software programming is a plus.
* Ability to coach and mentor others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels.
* Fluent written and spoken English
