£60 per hour umbrella

3 month period initially, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs
Full time, once weekly office attendance
Are you a driven commercial property specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with an experienced and well-regarded legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of a Senior Commercial Property on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period.
Duties:
* Maintaining a high volume caseload of commercial property cases
* Providing sound advice to all clients
* Training and mentoring junior lawyers as appropriate
Requirements:
* Experience working a caseload in commercial property
* Experience working cases regarding housing and property asset management
* Some experience of residential property is preferred
* Experience in government and public sector developments is preferred
* Experience in governance is ideal
* Valid Certificate to Practice
* Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority is essential
