Job Description:
We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader to join our fabulous team.
Hours include 6:30am-3pm / 7am-3pm – includes weekends (must be flexible for working days). 40 hours per week.

What a Team Leader does at JW Lees:
* Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for all guests
* Lead the breakfast team and ensure the highest standards of food and service
* Greet and seat guests
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth food service
* Handle guest queries or feedback promptly and professionally
* Set up and clear down the breakfast area to our standards
* Ensure all hygiene, health & safety regulations are followed
* Monitor stock levels for breakfast items and assist with ordering when needed
* Train and support breakfast team members, leading by example
* Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and well presented
* Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
