đ Weâre on a mission to make money work for everyone.
Weâre waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!
Weâre not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo â€ïž
We're looking for a Web Analyst excited to help build the bank of the future. You'll have the opportunity to optimise the website and help us to build a bank that customers truly love.
At Monzo, we're building a bank that is fair, transparent and a delight to use. Weâre growing extremely fast and have over 11 million customers in the UK. Weâve built a product that people love and more than 80% of our growth comes from word of mouth and referrals.
We have a strong culture of dataâdriven decision making across the whole company. And we're great believers in powerful, realâtime analytics and empowerment of the wider business.
What youâll be working on:
You will work together with data scientists, other analysts and analytics engineers as well as product managers, and engineers on powering our website. Our key goal is increasing volume whilst maintaining quality.
* Youâll make sure we capture all important user actions on our website. Then, youâll turn this raw information into easyâtoâunderstand reports and dashboards, highlighting key numbers like website visits, sales, how users engage, and how well our siteâs paths work.
* We depend on good data, and youâll be its protector. Youâll ensure our web analytics data is accurate, working closely with engineers to set up tracking correctly and fix any issues quickly.
* Youâll also keep our tracking plans and data definitions tidy and upâtoâdate.
* Youâll use advanced data skills to understand our organic search performance. This means turning complex information into clear ideas that improve our content, website tech, and linkâbuilding efforts. Think of yourself as the data guide, helping our teams get noticed more online, bring in more quality visitors, and make sure our content hits the mark in search results.
* Your communication skills are key. Youâll present complicated findings clearly to everyone, whether theyâre tech experts or not. Working smoothly with marketing and product teams, youâll turn their questions into smart data projects.
* Plus, youâll stay on top of new trends in web analytics to keep us ahead.
How we work:
Our main tech hub is in London, but our data teams are based all over the UK â from Brighton to the Western Isles.
We love meeting in person, but thereâs no pressure to come into the office, even if youâre nearby. Youâll do your best work where you feel most comfortable.
We value flexibility, connection, and wellbeing. Youâll have the freedom to work in a way that fits your life, whether thatâs school dropâoffs, avoiding rush hour, or making time for what matters most.
Work the way that works for you at Monzo! đŒ
You should apply if:
