Sales Manager MICE
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive MICE business into a luxury resort in Scotland. This hands-on Sales Manager role involves managing key accounts, developing new business, and contributing to group rooms and banqueting revenue targets. Some UK and European travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing MICE accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct client visits, presentations, FAM trips, and attend trade shows/events.

Build strong relationships with convention bureaus, tourist boards, and sales partners.

Lead and mentor Group Sales Coordinators / Executives.

Execute sales strategies, account plans, and partnership initiatives to generate revenue.

About You: Proven MICE sales experience within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.

Strong account management, business development, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Comfortable with travel across the UK and Europe.
