We are seeking committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join as Supply Staff from February, supporting pupils on a Temporary, day-to-day basis with opportunities for frequent placements within the same local schools. This role involves working closely with the class Teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils with additional needs can access learning in a calm, respectful environment. Schools prioritise positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and a strong sense of community, and are looking for practitioners who share these principles.
