We are recruiting an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a well-established Doncaster business:

The purpose of the Payroll Supervisor is to lead the payroll team (team of 3), manage daily operations and deliver accurate payroll in partnership with Group.
* Processing weekly and four-weekly payrolls.
* Dealing with payroll queries.
* Providing accurate statutory reports, payroll summaries and KPI dashboards.
* Identifying and implementing processing improvements.
* Dealing with stakeholders.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
* Experience with payroll across multiple payroll patterns is essential.
* Qualified CIPP or working towards it is desirable.
* Experience of managing a small team, leading, coaching and developing is essential.
* Accuracy and good attention to detail are required.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise the workload are essential.
* Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
