Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Manager role
* You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of 8+ brokers across multiple branches
* Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
* Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
* Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
* Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success
Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role
* Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered
* Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
* An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Full UK drivers licence required
