A work life balance focused Fire Engineer company is seeking an Associate Fire Engineer to Manage large, complex fire engineering projects, and manage a team of Fire Engineers made up of senior Fire Engineers, Fire Engineers and graduates from a remote location.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Relevant engineering degree to Bachelor's level
2. Experience of working on fire engineering projects
3. Experience of managing large, complex fire engineering projects
4. Experience mentoring graduate/fire engineers
5. CEng or working towards CEng
Responsibilities
6. Associate Fire Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to:
7. Assist in the development of fee proposals for large and complex projects
8. Management of a team of senior engineers/fire engineers/graduate fire engineers
9. Management of health and safety (including mental wellbeing) of team in their work activities
10. Delivery and support of the delivery of large, complex projects
11. Managing relationships with large clients
12. Dissemination of knowledge of latest developments in fire design legislation and techniques
13. Team performance management and reporting
14. Mentoring and management of team members
15. Peer review of other engineers' strategies and reports

Benefits
17. £70, plus
18. Enrolment to company bonus scheme on successful completion of probation, paid twice annually.
