What's involved with this role: Temporary Tenancy Management Support Officer/ Amin - Housing Services Reference no: OCC TCL 0008 7AE7 / 1 Pay Rate: up to £18.05 per hour PAYE depending on experience 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for 2-3 months City: OXFORD Hybrid working - needs to be sufficiently mobile too support the Tenancy Management officers across the city and surrounding areas. Generate reports for Tenancy Update visits, Welcome visits and other required reports. Produce associated paperwork for Tenancy Management Officer visits. Scan and index paperwork to the tenancy management digital files. Key Responsibilities Carry out tasks associated with Lagan (CRM) service requests including booking appointments, provision of forms and literature and responding to information requests Answer general enquiries to the Tenancy Management team email address or redirect cases to officers as appropriate Produce mail merge letters as required Administer and be responsible for the inspection and letting of all residential garages owned by the City Council within Oxford and Abingdon, including site visits, ordering repairs, viewings and licence agreements. Responsible for the administration of the parking permit scheme in the City council residential parking areas administer the mutual exchange scheme (currently Homeswapper) Administer the Caution List, including updating of the Northgate and Servitor systems Facilitate meetings on behalf of the Landlord Services managers, including Introductory Tenancy appeals Be responsible for the verification of utility invoices payable on void properties, communal housing locations and garages areas, including dealing with disputes, assisting customers and making payments.
