Our Physiotherapy team at The Holly Hospital have a rare and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Outpatients Senior MSK Physiotherapist. On joining our agile and highly energised multidisciplinary team you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience across a range of specialties and levels of complexity.
Supported by our Physiotherapy Manager, you’ll have autonomy to utilise your acquired expertise and skills to make decisions that will ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. The work is exciting, varied and challenging.You will be based at The Holly Hospital but will support our local Chigwell Nuffield Health Gym in seeing late stage post operative patients. The variety and multiple specialities will enable you to develop new skills and grow. We actively support you to be the best you can be in your role while also offering opportunities to progress.

As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at The Holly Hospital, you’ll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you’re committed to developing as a practitioner. You will be a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people. Our Outpatient caseload is mainly musculo- skeletal and postoperative rehabilitation for orthopaedic patients, post fracture and sports injuries and we also vitally provide an in-patient service as needed to enhance evening discharges.
As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will:
* Work across Inpatients and Outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases
* Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional Clinical Lead
* Help our patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
* Deliver excellent clinical care that’s safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to patients’ needs
* Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
* Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy
