As the Registered Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. Drive compliance with all CQC regulations, aiming for Good or Outstanding ratings. Oversee the creation and implementation of care plans, risk assessments, and medication management, ensuring residents’ needs are met safely and effectively. Take full responsibility for the financial and operational management, including budgeting, staff scheduling, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, residents, and external professionals to ensure excellent communication and collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing training, supervision, and appraisals to staff to encourage professional growth and high performance. Requirements: Nurse Qualified (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration. Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Home Manager, or Registered Manager in a similar nursing home setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff. A solid understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving Good CQC ratings. Organisational skills to effectively manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
