Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Planning team in the Liverpool office, with exposure to a variety of projects for diverse clients in a supportive training environment.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to hold an RTPI accredited degree or a similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment. We seek graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Your responsibilities
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be working closely with the Planning team in the delivery of wide-ranging planning consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements, support with public consultations and site visits, as well as providing professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
