Looking to recruit a Gas Engineer

As a Gas Engineer you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.

Responsibilities

* Service and repair of domestic gas appliances (i.e. gas boilers, fires)
* Perform routine maintenance checks
* Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials
* Participate in the out of hours service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 6 weeks)
* Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
* Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
