Responsibilities
* Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
* Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Producing a range of hot food throughout the day
* Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
* Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
* Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
* Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
* Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
* Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
* Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following day’s trade
