Tank is seeking a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
* Manage clients / key stakeholders including participating in regular calls and providing them with performance and future strategic insights.
* Work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice, and translate those insights into effective social media ad strategies.
* Track and analyse key metrics and provide comprehensive reports to clients, showcasing campaign results and highlighting areas of success and improvement.
* Develop and execute effective social media advertising strategies across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and more.
* Create and manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful data-driven recommendations to enhance ad effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with client objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in social media advertising (LinkedIn & Meta).
* Experience in presenting and communicating with key stakeholders.
* Previous agency experience would be highly advantageous.
* Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Programmatic would be advantageous.
* 1+ years in paid search advertising would be advantageous.
* Experience in B2C & B2B ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
* Proficiency in social media advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Demonstrated ability to create and optimise high-performing social media ad campaigns.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Experience with managing large budgets.
