Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 + package

The Role
The EV Charge Point Installer will be responsible for carrying out domestic EV charger installations across a regional patch, alongside commissioning, testing and occasional remedial or warranty work.
This is a field-based position suited to a qualified electrician with good customer-facing skills and either existing EV charging experience or a genuine interest in moving into the sector.
The role is not aimed at senior-level candidates, but would suit someone hands-on, dependable and looking to develop within a growing market.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out installation of domestic EV charge points
* Complete commissioning, testing and handover of installed units
* Attend remedial and warranty call-outs when required
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Deliver a professional and customer-friendly service on-site
* Work across a regional patch local to your home base
* Represent the business positively in customers’ homes
* Complete all relevant job documentation and sign-off procedures
About You
* Level 3 qualified Electrician
* 18th Edition qualified (BS7671)
* 2391 Inspection & Testing preferred, but not essential
* EV charging qualification preferred, but not essential
* Previous EV charge point installation experience would be ideal
* Strong domestic electrical installation background considered
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional and able to work independently in the field
