I'm seeking a passionate and creative Pastry Chef or strong Demi Pastry Chef to join the team at a award-winning 2 Rosette restaurant, set in a stunning countryside location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their skills in a well-established kitchen focused on quality, seasonality, and refined presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality desserts, breads, and baked goods to 2 Rosette standards.
* Contribute to menu development with new ideas and seasonal creations.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team, supporting smooth service.
* Ensure mise en place is maintained to a high level.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a rosette-level or fine dining kitchen is preferred.
* Genuine passion for pastry and attention to detail.
* Reliable, calm under pressure, and a strong team player.
* Eager to learn and progress within a professional kitchen.
